How Does it Work?
Getting Started: Like any relationship, it starts with getting to know each other. I will ask you to fill out a comprehensive background survey ahead of time. We will meet to go over your full history and discuss your story in depth.
The Initial Plan: I will create an initial action plan which may include healthy food choices, exercise, stress relief techniques and/or blood work. This will be our flexible starting point. We will also discuss how I can best support you until our next appointment.
What You Need to Do: Throughout the week you will track your food intake and symptoms so that we can review your data together.
Check-In and Adjust: We will meet on a weekly basis for 30-60 minutes to discuss your progress and adjust your plan based on your current information.
Celebrate the Wins: Time and time again, I have seen my clients achieve small weekly wins. Over time this results in a new healthy baseline bringing you closer to your optimal health.
Measure the Results: Throughout the process, you will take a quick survey so that we can document quantifiable results and you can see how far you have come.
